have sat down at a function in Goa and taken one taste the fish curry and set 
it aside. The rest of my fellow villagers, all born and bred in Goa, were 
laughing as in - look at the tourist, the curry is too hot for him.  Those that 
ate the fish were running to the toilet two hours later, as the fish was 
spoilt.  On the other hand, the most expensive steaks you can buy in Toronto 
are hung steak. As you are aware, this is meat that is hung up for 21 days. It 
can smell strange but it is great to eat as the flavours are always intense.
