COMMENT: I have had reports from some who complained about the extortionate prices being charged. The caters have to recoup their outlay, I wonder how much they were being charged for a stall. The charity one, run to raise funds for Fr. Angelo's cause were very reasonable but then they might not have had to pay for the stall.
In reply to Mervyn Lobo's 21 day hung beef, this is not only a Canadian thing, we have 21 day hung beef, which does not smell, it it hung in a cold freeze, we also have hung pheasant until the maggots drop.
