Dear Members of the Britto's Old boy association, The new Managing committee 15-17 of the OBA is pleased to announce the 3rd annual weekend recharge for Members and Families.* It will be held this year at Resort Rio, Arpora on Saturday 29th August, with Check in after 4.PM <http://4.PM> and conclude on Sunday 30th August with checkout at 4.PM <http://4.PM>*
The negotiated rate is Rs 5600/- Per adult couple per room. An extra adult or child 12+ , sharing the same room will be charged Rs 2000. Children between the ages of 6-12 years sharing the same room, will be charged Rs 1500 each. Children below the age of 6 are FREE. The rates include a Buffet Dinner with house brands drinks between 8.pm to 11 PM; Morning Breakfast followed by mid-day meal snacks, Buffet Lunch and tea before checkout. Afternoon drinks are also included between 12.00pm and 3 pm on Sunday. Each couple will have to pay Rs.2800/- with the Britto's OBA putting in the other half for members and family. Children have a lower tarrif, with the Britto's OBA sharing half the cost. Guests are generally not allowed. If an exception is made by the Managing Committee, the member has to pay the full cost for the guest and be responsible for him [or her, only if the member is with his family]. Please email us your confirmations, and hand in your cheque to confirm and block the rooms ASAP, we are anticipating crowds this year due to the start of the season and urge you to confirm to avoid disappointment later.
