-----DEAR BSNL USERS IN DONA PAULA ESPECIALLY, Although Electricity is an headache for the D.Paula residents. Sometimes we feel that we should go back to our kerosene lamps which we had in our old ages. That also kerosene may not be available in the market. What remains is candles. Government is nowadays busy with Louis Berger bribery and other scams etec except our daily routine infrastructure for the Goans especially in D.Paula area. Sewerage and underground cabling is an another scam which will never complete until this Govt and next Government exist or may be forever. It will be like the one was constructed a concrete side pathway in Miramar-D.Paula road and that still not in use after vesting public exchequer money.. Now, from the last several months we have observed that the BSNL mobile lines do not work at all in D.Paula and people have to make calls on either Airtel, Idea, Vodafone or any other available connection. People gets BSNL bills without using their mobiles phones and Govt is silent without instituting inquiry as the voters are in severe trouble of no connectivity in D.Paula' Somebody told us that this is being done on account that people complaining that there are many cancer cases all over Goa especially in D.Paula and that could be the reason of Mobile towers putting it OFF ? Who will find out the actual reasons and when this connectivity will start?
