Is it Congress (or other political) party that should "bring in" individuals?
or
Is it civic minded individuals that should voluntarily join politics and work
for the betterment of all? This includes their own children and grandchildren.
I am afraid that it may be the old "sussegad mind set and attitudes" that is
making Goans expect somebody will do it for them.

Congress should bring in new and young blood in the party, who are
educationally intelligent , clean record, and above all who have a vision to
take GOA on a positive level, and let the old guard sit back and campaign for
the new generation.
