Selma,

Prajal is a good man and an excellent budding
historian of Goa. His use of these words is clearly
over-the-top rhetoric. He is hardly the type who would
be at anyone's throat. But as far as the reference to
outsiders is concerned, it is unfortunate that a large
majority of Goans has succumbed to this xenophobic, or
more correctly, regionalistic, impulse.
