Dear Miridula Sinha
You Excellency Governor of Goa

Madam,

Kindly go through the letter of Aires ( enclosed),  which we all feel that
Goa Govt should restrict unnecessary wasteful government expenditure as the
Government is going  bankrupt.
As a Governor of Goa,  will you advice Parsekar Government to stop such
wasteful expenditure?
I was told by reliable sources, that you Madam,  have acted on my complaint
to you recently on Swatch Bharat mission, for PANJIM  CLEAN, and that you
have called up for a meeting  with present MLA Sidarth Kunkolienkar and
other dignitaries including Goa Pollution Control Board,  to see that
Panjim is taken on top priority for Swatch Bharat cleanness for which I am
grateful to you .
I am planing to send some more photographs to you shortly, from certain
areas in Panjim showing the MESS.
Hope they start acting on your advice to keep  Panjim clean, good
environment and no pollution,  with minimum expenditure which I doubt that
Panjim or any other city in Goa, will be a  SMART CITY and I am sure that
the plan will never materialized before the forthcoming
assembly  election in 2017 just like the JNNURM and other projects have
failed.
Regards,
Thanks
