It is a good idea, but does India has enough financial resources. Will it achieve with our architects , engineers etc when they are mostly corrupt? I feel Modi must concentrate first to get rid of corruption and improve finances and then think of converting as Smart cities. Otherwise all the money will be drained into the gutter. If India is going for this kind of extravaganza or greatness than surely we are going to face crunch of funds and doomed forever this country. Especially Panjim is not to be listed for SMART CITY on account of bad drainage system and sea level problem.
