This convict Pacheco who managed to influence the jailor as well the Inspector of General of Prisons Elvis Gomes was expected and very smartly the duties were allotted to him to work in the jail bakery which shows the involvement and plan to give remission which is a pre- requisite for a grant. Why was not done to other convicts earlier who probably could receive similar remissions? In fact Pacheco after working in the bakery is made him fat and energetic so that once he is out of jail he could form a group or a party to counter attack on BJP and Congress. Will he succeed , it is a million dollar question. Hope the Government understand such tricks of authorities or Inspector General of Prisons if they want to get anybody out of jail they can go at any extent.

It also confirms that the jail officials including the Inspector General of Prisons Elvis Gomes were heavily bribed to manipulate and fabricate the records to ensure Mickky Pacheco?s illegal release. As good behavior and discipline are the pre-requisites for grant of any remission days against the jail sentence, Mickky Pacheco was not entitled to any remission days as he was at the jail documented for acts of indiscipline in refusing to wear the jail uniform with even his privileges curtailed. The mysterious formula invented by the very dubious Elvis Gomes in calculating Mickky Pacheco?s days of remission should be also afforded to every other convict. Now that he is out Mickky Pacheco should focus on dealing with the other string of cases pending against him including that over 6 crore EDC loan he owes the government. Running a bakery and not politics make be the way now ahead for the tailor turned politician who over the last four months has enhanced his skills at the Sada Jail bakery.
