Ref. your query about how to proceed in order to evict the illegal
ocupants of your house, you will first have to establish the following:-
1) Are their name/s mentioned in the Form I & XIV and if so, how have they
been described?
2) Do they claim to be mundcars and, if so, have they been registered as
such under the Act?
3) In whose name is the house registered with the Village Panchayat and who
is paying the House Tax?
These facts would first have to be established before anyone can adise
you how to proceed.
