Ask not what a (liberated) Goa can do for you.  Ask what you can do for
Goa.(Modified from John F Kennedy's Presidential inauguration speech)
Suggestions:
Actively work to throw out the corrupt politicians that Goans keep electing.(I
will actively be working for the (USA) Presidential candidate who is least
likely to take us to war).
Participate in the representative government with more volunteer work and less
speeches and writings.
Grow 6 fruit trees in your compound. Your children will not have to complain
about the lack-of and  high cost of native fruits (because the best Goan fruits
are exported).
Start some volunteer groups like Diabetes Association or Goa Cancer Society.
BE  THE  CHANGE  ONE  IS  SEEKING!
I had the pleasure of watching the newly started daily double-decker Goa-Mumbai
train.  I remember 20 years ago making the same trip fighting to get into the
train at Margoa and to my reserved seat; with my family and luggage.  And of
course 60 years ago it was even more difficult with train, bus, boat.
MERRY  CHRISTMAS!

Regards, GL
