Colva woman jumps off Borim bridge, goes missing

A 30 year old woman from Colva, Dominica Pereira
has gone missing after she allegedly jumped in the
Zuari river from the Borim bridge, on Saturday
afternoon.
Ponda Police stated that her mother has informed
them that her daughter took an extreme step as
she was suffering from depression,
"Dominica got down at the bridge and jumped into
the river before her parents could stop her," police
said.
Efforts were on to search for Pereira with the help
of the marine police.
