*Sub: Press Briefing on Illegal Restaurant & Resort at Tiracol in S.No.
15(1A) & 15(2).*
This to inform you that *GOA ENVIRONMENTAL ACTION GROUP – GEAG *and* GOA
SU-RAJ PARTY-GSRP* shall jointly brief the Press and Electronic Media on
the illegality of the Restaurant & Resort constructed by Mr. Diago C.
D’Souza at Tiracol, Permen, NGT having ordered its demolition and GCZMA
having issued a show cause notice as to why it should not be demolished.
The construction is blatantly illegal with nary a approval/s, even from the
local Panchayat.
All documents pertaining to this illegally constructed Restaurant & Resort
shall be made available at the press briefing.
The venue of the press briefing is at the office premises of Goa Su-Raj
Party at *2nd. Floor, Karekar Building, Above Indian Overseas Bank, Angod,
Mapusa at **11.30 a.m. on 29th. December, 2015 [tomorrow]*
