Mr Fredric who has taken this movement to great heights of popularity among Goans also acted as an informal moderator, He clarified the doubts ad misgivings that only topics of hate and defamatory in nature were censored and writers informed about the exclusion. It is left to the readers to draw their own conclusion and that Goanet does not take sides on any issue or partially inclined with latent bias. The meeting ended with display of 100 published titles through his efforts and informed about work in progress------------------------------------------------ Nelson Lopes,Fred has been the moderator here since the last century. When he started off as moderator, there were lively debates with dozens of people regularly contributing, explaining and even eloquently illustrating how commonly held beliefs were amiss. Over the years, the better contributors have all but disappeared. The contributors who left, are also those who complained loudly that their emails/responses 'disappear' when sent to Goanet. There are many ways to censor an issue/person. When you have a decreasing amount of contributors - they are either dying or someone is killing them off. My guess here is that if Goanet is to regain its relevancy on the net, it either has to attract new contributors or new moderators. MervynP.S. Your last sentence is kind of strange. It sounds like an advert.
