Story told here is untrue. There are over 100,000 thousand Chinese born in Macau who have Portuguese citizenship and are not giving it up. Africans, Brazilians and Timorese are independent countries there fore no Portuguese citizenship. Goa stands invaded until this day = Portuguese citizenship.
