But as everyone knows (or should know) it is to clear fields for the developers to build illegal golf courses, illegal mega-building projects, an illegal airport. Notice everything to do with Goan governments is illegal. I would like to think this is unbelievable, but some of us who have been warning about the failure of Goan governments for the last 15 years (regardless of political party) are not surprised any more.
