[Goanet] Peacock - a bird on the nuisance list

 Does Goa have one of the larger islands that is too small to be inhabited by 
humans; but could be designated and converted into an open aviary?
Peacocks and other colorful birds inhabiting such an island (which could be 
accessed by ferry) would be a great picnic spot and tourist attraction.
Is there is a possibility of making lemonade from a lemon.
