But I have been informed, repeatedly and ad nauseum, by a presumably
reliable source, that the IITs make high-tech entrepreneurs. If they are
born, not made, then we might as well shut down the IITs, since they do
not have any role in making great entrepreneurs like Carmo and
you-know-who...?!
