Residents of Panjim noticed many junk vehicles as well as number of rotten and open boxes either they are belonging to Electricity Dept or BSNL lying on the roadside. They really create lots of obstruction to pedestrians and vehicular traffic and sometimes dangers of electrocution in case the live wires are connected into the boxes as BSNL do not display any identification on the boxes. Sometimes you cannot make out whom these boxes belongs. It is hereby requested that the authorities take some measures to remove such items especially junk cars from the roads and pavement/footpaths. Your response in this regard is highly appreciated.
