Hello Ryberg
Seems like the biggest fan of Monahar Parrika ;Dr Carmo has; some hidden
agenda. Its good for us Goans if this agenda is for the betterment of Goans.
This is just my assumption, that maybe Dr Carmo will start an IIT College
affiliated to the best US Colleges, which will get Goa, many IITians who
might get easy access to migrate to USA as they will be holding American
degrees. Wouldnt that be great for Goa.
