-To, The Editors of Goa, It is unfortunate that the place of Dona Paula area is dug up exactly during the days where it coincided with the Mahatma Gandhi Day 2nd October 2016 and this day in the last year, our staff of NIO including the Director Dr. S.W.A Naqvi participated in this Swatch Bharat mission alongwith the residents of Dona Paula as per the vision of our Governor Mridula Sinha who is a Member of this mission for this cleanness drive. It has taken place in Dona Paula in the last year but unfortunately in this year it could not be achieved due to MESS of roads repairs.It is pity that same participants were disappointed in this year to particulate for this mission in the same area.
