The heading for the article is GOA's record blemished by ineptitude The heading was missed while scanning the odd file and converting into a text file. I hope GOA members on this list raise their concerns of the president involved in an "unholy alliance" with the culture director of using GOA for alleged private gain. This calls for a Special General Meeting, which can be called for if 25 GOA members sign a petition demanding it. Time to rally against those who bring bad name to GOA.
