MD, the breach of an agreement between two parties, is a 'civil' wrong. As long as the other party suffers no discernible losses (damages), one can only say Ah Well ! What intrigues me more (but, obviously, NOT these Bhakts) is lying under oath. Isn't that something which is subject 'criminal' proceedings? jc
