MD, the breach of an agreement between two parties, is a 'civil' wrong. As long 
as the other party suffers no discernible losses (damages), one can only say Ah

What intrigues me more (but, obviously, NOT these Bhakts) is lying under oath. 
Isn't that something which is subject 'criminal' proceedings?
