Please forgive the intensity, but frankly, I am sickened and really upset at
this -- each day brings more hate.  Salim, do you still see no relationship
between Trump and these messages of hate?
Today, shouts of "Hail Trump!" and the Nazi salute!
Trump spent the last 17 months creating terms of invective, hurling insults,
shouting insults at (estimates say) 200+ people and organizations.  Why didn't
he do the same for the White Supremacist movement (I'm not going to sanitize
the name any more by saying "Alt-Right" any more, though Neo-Nazis may work as
well)?  All he did -- and last Sunday at that -- was say "Stop it."  He gave a
long video speech today which was in part based on climate change denial -- why
didn't he devote 2 minutes to chewing those guys up and spitting them out like
he did for everyone else he criticized?
Why doesn't he use his hate and marketing genius against the White
Supremacists?  Because he would not have won if had said as previous GOP
nominees did, that all racists should leave the room!  Why did he appoint a
leader of the White Supremacist media as his Chief Strategist? Bannon is on
record as saying that Breitbart should be the organ of the Alt-Right movement.
Trump is a total liar when he says he does not encourage them.  He didn't
create this movement, but he empowered them and he increased their numbers
tremendously.
Trump spent more energy criticizing the cast of Hamilton and SNL than he did
the White Supremacists!  What are his priorities? His disavowals ring hollow.
Have you seen such hate after any other GOP President-elect won an election?
RR, GHWB, GWB?  Did you see the Nazi parties break out?
The speaker referred to the mainstream media as “Lügenpresse,” a term he said
he was borrowing from “the original German”; the Nazis used the word to attack
their critics in the press.
“America was until this past generation a white country designed for ourselves
and our posterity,” Spencer said. “It is our creation, it is our inheritance,
and it belongs to us.”   The audience offered cheers, applause, and
enthusiastic Nazi salutes.
His remarks were filled with racist imagery -- including references to "the
black political machines" and Latino housekeepers-- as he bashed Hillary
Clinton's minority supporters.

"One wonders if these people are people at all, or instead soulless golem,"
Spencer said in a reference to a Jewish fable in a portion of his speech
dedicated to criticizing both the media and Jews.

I have to wonder whether non-White-Supremacist Trump voters feel the pride
surging in their veins.  Is America Great now?  Would more Nazi salutes help
make it greater?
I knowyoudon't subscribe to this stuff, but everyone knew that this was the
essence of, and the expected result of, Trump's campaign.  Is any of this
surprising to you?
I leave you with this quote from the second article -- from the United States
Holocaust Memorial Museum:
"The Holocaust did not begin with killing; it began with words. The Museum
calls on all American citizens, our religious and civic leaders, and the
leadership of all branches of the government to confront racist thinking and
divisive hateful speech."

This is what I am doing today.  This is the motivation for my message.
