Were any such notices sent to other Archdiocese in India? Were any such notices sent to any other Religious Organisations? Do Religious Organisations , other than the Archdiocese of Goa , NOT accrue moneys from donations? Was it an intention to display that the Archdiocese of Goa was laundering Black money? OR Was it to display that this Archdiocese can dance to the tune of politicians? Why could Goa’s Archbishop not be as stern enough, as Bishop Mascarenhas to speak out boldly on where lines are crossed?
