Hello dear Goan Friends, Just few more days to go to celebrate the Birthday of our Saviour who was born in a manger to his parents very poor. God's mysteries which we never ever will comprehend in our small brains. Jesus is coming to start a great revolution against the Aristocratic and corrupt Society. He will not spare a word to reach out and console those who are afflicted in poverty, injustices, exploitation, racism, cast, ( Bamon, Sudir and Chadd'ddi) and afflict, disturb those who are well to do, rich and powerful, those "Pharisees and Scribes," well fed and ignoring the cry of the poor, those who suffer, those who would like to have a piece of land to build a small shelter and so on.
Jesus comes to start a new heaven and a new earth. And for that His fate will be the Cross. He will call us to be part of this New World, and also take up our own cross to follow him. John the Baptist was preparing His ways asking us to repent, to be converted, immerging ourselves in the Riven Jordan and to leave behind in the deep waters our selfishness, our sinful ways and be risen with a new life like the small flower of water = Lily ( Konkani=Komoll). Let us celebrate this Christmas having all this in mind. Those stars, those lights around and in the houses may represent each one of us. "It is better to light a candle than to curse the darkness." Let us be part of Jesus' campaign in 2017 and let us walk with Him in all the 365 days and 12 months of the New Year. Let us pray also for those who are newly married and are still waiting for a child to be born. Let us pray also for those babies who are born and abandoned by their parents, others found on the road side and in the gutter, those orphans that they all may understand that they have a Father, our Abba who cares for them and loves them through each one of us, we who are His instruments of peace and love. Let us pray for Ishaprema-Niketan ( Home of God's Love) who takes care of these babies, that the Lord may give them many vocations. Let us thank our Father for His victory over Abortion in USA. Millions and Millions of Babies in USA and in the world as well are aborted. As Mother Saint Teresa said : "it is a poverty to decide that a child must die so that you may live as you wish."
