Card swiping woes A customer swiped a card at a popular store for Rs 5000= the value of good purchased. The Bank credited the customer for Rs 15000= The store provided the bank the credit voucher, where in only Rs 5000= was shown., Frequent visits to the Bank in spite did not result in reversal of wrong debit, The customer then forced to make a written complaint along with a copy of purchase bill, It is now a month and frequent inquiries have not produced the desired results. Surprisingly the Bank informs the customer that all efforts will be made by February 17, It may be noted that unless you go through the cumbersome process within a month, you are likely to forfeit entirely the whole wrong debit. It is not a isolated case. The Bank has many other cases pending reversal. Many stories are doing round.
