AFTER 50 DAYS Quantitative parameters are belittled compared to qualitative , long terms gain. Being thankful to people assuming that people are in consonance with his utopian ideas. People and their representatives have protested in no uncertain terms , but they have been ignored by massive propaganda. No mention of those who died waiting in Q`S, Besides warning dishonest and promised the honest of full support and assistance. Is it a pre budget or mini budget man ki bhat, which appears to mollify and take away the sting of demonetization. No mention of scores of seizures in new, serilaised notes and how they were obtained, No signs of any deterrent actions who helped to launder the black money into new pink, The absolute control of Govt as to how much money they can withdraw from ATM or bank is disgusting justification, It appears that average withdrawal from ATM is Rs3000= and now fixed at Rs 4500=, The other mocking approach is that why people need not more than what they earn,? The statement about indenting paper and ink for printing and limitations of manufacturing the new notes is a reality unplanned for. It is very easy surmise that Govt has no money supply to meet the liquidity. The Govt. at the end of the period has not announced the quantum of notes of Rs 5000 & Rs1000 notes , hiding under the cover that tabulations from different sources
Govt has no comment of counterfeit currency detected in large quantities or substantial amounts anywhere in India. Crores of new currency seized has not been traced to the source, when average individual is limited to Rs 24000= and even that amount is regulated by banks as per their fancies. The freedom of people to withdraw as much and as they need is totally regulated and it is unacceptable for the fault of the Govt. to plan for liquidity. The Rs 2000= for all purposes is indirectly not a legal tender for lack of being exchanged easily and is horders opportunity and Rs500= notes are not in circulations still due to short supply. How much in quantative terms has it cost India in this exercise of demonetization.? It is said that cost of printing Rs 2000 = notes is around Rs21 and that of Rs 500= around Rs 13,. Who pays for this expenditure ? How much of black money in quantitative terms is collected ? In fact the Govt is changing goal posts by deflecting focus on digital mode of transactions Is there any mention of accounting all donations in any denomination by parties and coming under RTI? The political parties have been ,laundering old banned notes merrily, The sops of loans below 9 n 12 lakhs is no consolation. Will those who need it will be able to source from Banks without hassles ? The rich have defrauded public wealth in connivance with Banks and have now been declared as NPA and in some cases the loans have been written off .The gift to pregnant women and senior citizens is a non starter without giving relief in personal taxation. The exemption limit permitted must be judged by exemption to 30 plus lakhs to Ministers and MP.and MLA` designated as allowances, besides host of other allowances that are tax free, In case of ordinary citizens the limit of Rs2 to 3 lakhs is considered sufficient and every other allowance has to be computed for income tax purpose Farmers suicides all over India is an indicator of no easy access to finance. How will construction industry flourish without regulating benami transactions, controlling land prices lowering taxes and black money transactions Counterfeit currency has started to surface and terrorist are robbing banks and snatching ammunition's by holding up the army establishment. The other sources of funding terrorist and arms have not dried up nor attacks by terrorists have diminished in comparison Where are the plans to fight black money in elections, administration, industries All we see is piece meal targeting, superficial attempts to please of some half hearted of actions While praising honest bank employees of services, those that have flouted norms are yet to brought to quick justice. All talks of feeding with speech diet alone are not sufficient. The govt is defending the demonetization, when International opinion is contrary Nelson Lopes Chinchinim
