DR JACK SEQUEIRA STATUE DECORATED WITH FLAGS
It looks great with the National flags banners of India and Portugal on the
Dr. Jack Sequeira statue at the Dona Paula circle .
This probably being decorated by the Goa Government in view of official
visit to India and Goa by the Prime Minister of Portugal Antonio Costa.
