*GOA NEEDS A NEW WAY OF GOVERNANCE AND A NEW BLUEPRINT TO DELIVER PROMISES- H Editorial* http://www.epaperoheraldo.in/Details.aspx?id=25672&boxid=173950404&uid=&dat=1/18/2017
COMMENTS: GSRP thanks the editor for having spelt-out its ROADMAP, which is its VISION DOCUMENT, through this 'out of box' editorial which needed to have been out a decade ago. But, It is never to late, though. GSRP has thoughtfully placed 5 [FIVE] as the ceiling on the maximum number of ministers in its Cabinet so that the odd number is required for any body to come to a decision without resorting to a 'casting vote' in case of a tie-up. However, no political party can come close to GSRP's seriousness when it comes to the cabinet size [ Art. 34] as well as its 'NO CORPORATIONS AND INSTITUTIONS TO MLAs' [Art. 38] of the Party's constitution, as well as its procedural competence when it says 'NO SECOND TERM FOR MLAs' GSRP thanks the editor for airing these compulsions w.r.t. today's style of governance which seems to be on the basis of 'spreading of one's legs out of the bedding' Floriano Lobo Senior Executive GSRP 9890470896 http://www.goasu-raj.com/gen/display_commentsOnNews_data.asp?pg=3907
