I started out by being a Trump supporter. He was not a politician, never worked
in Government and brought a refreshing outlook to governing America and
righting the wrongs that were done to it.

Not any more. I am writing him off already.

His one hour news conference has erased all my optimism of his usefulness as
President of the most powerful superpower and his ability of "making it great
again".

The only thing Trump really cares about is Trump himself and whom he can blame
for all the little fires burning around him.

That takes away from his ability to change anything, much less with no
cooperation from the Democratic Party which he has alienated, his own party who
are now wary of him, the courts who will checkmate him at every turn and the
intelligence community who he is constantly blaming and can retaliate by
leaking his every classified move.

Besides all this, I think the man is realizing the enormous task that befalls
POTUS and the fact that making a business deal is quite different from running
a country successfully.

Like Pope Benedict, he might resign of his own accord, or be impeached or meet
with a hundred situations in between that cause the downfall of his presidency.

Poor Trump. He was like a teenager (past tense already) given fellowship to an
astrophysicist's professional organization.
