It might help to take this contest one step further, and make participants write a summary of the book they read on the Wikipedia. This way, it would (i) sharpen readers' skills in writing (ii) test what they understood of the book, and how deeply (iii) most importantly, deepen the pool of sharable content available globally through networks like the Wikipedia. At the end of the day, it's also important to build the self-esteem of students in Goa by giving them a we-can-do-it attitude. A nice initiative...
