Strange comments by an erudite George. The problems
faced by Goa are the ills of December 61. Clearly the
US of A has bad governance since bushey came to power.
We have these issues (bad governance) since 61.

What is happening in Goa is reflected the world over.

communal (anti-Muslim) and
incompetent USA administration, we are seeing a
failure of good
goverance and effective leadership
the world over. That should not be any consolation for
Goa, but one
wonders why there isn't one
outstanding leader from 200+ countries. We should look
closely at our
political systems which
produce such mediocre individuals who are driven by
everything except
the public good. These are
sorry times for the planet.
