It is all lies for vote purpose. Mauvin too has time and again been harping on legalising the illegal. As far as Communidade land goes, "Communidade" is a Portuguese word for "Community". This 'Community land" existed from time immemorial in the sub-continent, not just by Portuguese. The Portuguese enacted Laws to maintain them. There is a very clear judgement of the Supreme Courts on such lands, and a very clear directive to all States and their Chief secretaries in respect of any illegal structures and land grabbers on such land. And that under no circumstances they be regularised. read para 22 of the Judgement here. They will be wilfully committing Contempt of Court.
