CAN ANY OF THESE LOCAL EDITORS ANSWER MY QUESTION OF MEANING OF LUCRATIVE CORPORATIONS?
I don't understand once the Chief Minister announced Ministership and portfolios to their BJP candidates I suppose they have to fulfill their full tenure/TERM until the next reshuffling or changes takes place as per their performance. But now I hear a different story that one of the GFP Minister may have to leave Ministership and take over a *"lucrative Government Corporation" *meaning that he will have a better category than a Minister in a lucrative corporation?.In other words a Minister has better opportunity to supersede earlier position in the lucrative corporation? So far it is not known who is the lucky person or not lucky for this new position. If such a kind of changes takes place there is no guarantee when any Minister gets their shoot in their arms. It is good one way that they should prove their performance or else they loose their Ministership? CM has all the powers to do whatever best he feels in the interest of the state or party. And this present CM Mr. Manohar Parrikar is capable organizing well to keep his colleagues under his toes or under his arms. Can the Editors let me know or write a Editorial what is the actual meaning of lucrative Government corporation? Is it making money or the Corporation is rich in status? Kindly clarify for the public who are every time confused when some member of assembly (generally a MLA) gets a Corporation.( the best is EDC?) Stephen Dias Dona Paula Date: 4th April 2017
