Meeting to ‘Celebrate Life of Satish Sonak’ on Saturday, 15 April ‘Celebrating Satish’, a meeting to remember inspiring LIFE of Adv Satish Sonak will be held on Saturday, 15 April in Panaji.
The function would be held from 3.30 pm onwards at the Multipurpose hall at Sanskruti Bhavan at Patto Plaza in Panaji. It would be chaired by retired judge Desmond D’Costa, who has been associated with Adv Sonak since student movement days of late ‘70s. The meeting will consist of painting exhibition, presentation on his activities, video presentations, poems, songs and memoirs by friends and associates of Adv Sonak involved with him in several activities and struggles. All are requested to attend the meeting and pay tributes to Adv Sonak, who suddenly died of cardiac arrest on 7th April, and also resolve to take ahead the cause of humanity he lived for 59 years.
