Dear Sabina Martins and Reginaldo Lourenco I have been reading in today's news that both of you have expressed fear on Coal pollution at MPT Port which is going to be a devastating situation and health hazards for all the residents at Vasco and Goans at large. Your call for a meeting at Vasco is excellent and must be well planned . I request both of you as you are at forefront to look after Goa's welfare, from being destroyed and that you must make a representation to the President of India, who is visiting Goa University today for the convocation ceremony and present the facts of how Goa is being slowly eliminated from the map, being a tourist place and to reach as No. 1 state in India. The Government of BJP is not been able to cope up this trend because they are infighting and having internal problems where BJP are at minority in the Government . Parrikar is also trying to settle the scores from these parties which are going stray and out of hands and likely they may dessert BJP very soon. Also if it is possible that mining at Sonshi must also to be included in the petition to the President . I expect our NIO institute and Goa State Pollution Control Board, to come to this rescue of COAL pollution (if not taken care), and guide the MPT Chief who is a confused man. Thank you for both of you who are doing wonderful work in the interest of Goans.
