Very deviously and through sheer political hara-kiri of the highest order, Manohar Parrikar disgracefully on 14th March this year usurped the Goa Chief Minister’s chair.
It’s over two long months and Manohar Parrikar has been unable to complete the distribution of portfolios and appointing heads of many corporations besides other bodies possibly on account of the vultures and rabid politicians in his cabinet. That promised Common Minimum Programme also seems to have been buried under the sand along with the political ethics and principles that the BJP has been deceptively always bragging about. Manohar Parrikar may be trying to figure out who is the most corrupt Minister in his current motley and disparate cabinet. But having distinguished himself of being Goa’s most corrupt Chief Minister there is nothing much Manohar Parrikar can do as he desperately wants to continue in that Chair.
