But there's always the risk that a direction such as his can gradually make Goanet irrelevant. ..... He started out with a couple of links per day and since the moderator was accommodating, the few posts became a deluge to a point that it was likely to put off any new reader and dilute the impact of more relevant, interesting or personal experience posts. It's too facile to say that if one wants, one need not read the post, just delete or skip over it. After some time, clutter can be off-putting and can prevent one from going to Goanet completely. ............ GL responds: Sometime back I wrote on Goanet that the site was not to be used for one's internet-addictive tendencies. Writing similar stories again and again and again is futile and counter-productive as Roland so aptly describes. Con is not the only poster who should evaluate their postings. Regards, GL
