Bombay's Willingdon Colony was an investor owned housing complex that was
founded in 1939.  It was sold to a developer a few years ago and a final
dividend was paid to 1050 shareholders. The  company was not able to reach 200
of them and listed them in newspaper notices.       The names and addresses is
the stuff of nostalgia and ferries one back to an era that is long gone.
