Good info from Aires. So it seems Goa's CM apparently doesn't  trust  1) anyone
to act as CM in his absence  2) India medical expertise.
A few questions:
- Are we allowed to ask: from what source will be the CM pay the medical bills
in the US?
- has the CM explained the point of the Meeting held at the airport on the
orders of BJP Chief/Emperor Amit Shah?- why have Goa's people shown no interest
in that Meeting?

On 6th July Goa’s Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar departs on a week-long
voyage to the United States. Sources within the BJP reveal that the
beleaguered Manohar Parrikar is infact travelling to Donald Trump's kingdom
for some urgent much required medical treatment, though he may briefly
attend a Marathi Cultural fiesta being organized by the Bruhan Maharashtra
Mandal in Detroit on 7th July.

But whatever be the reason for Manohar Parrikar’s absence from Goa, the
Chief Minister while away from the country is duty bound to delegate his
powers to the second in command so that Goa remains afloat.

As was expected the power intoxicated and obsessed Manohar Parrikar has
very highhandedly decided not to designate any of his cabinet colleague as
acting Chief Minister. All this only confirms Manohar Parrikar's sheer
trust deficit in his very own cabinet colleagues. Manohar Parrikar’s skewed
statement that he will be managing Goa’s affairs from United States over
the phone is extremely bizarre to say the least.
