Aires, we cannot thank you enough. Eddie is right to notice that we on Goanet have held back too long in acknowledging your effort to clean the mess that is Goa.
You are right to say that it is an ongoing battle. You have had the courage not to be intimidated with a thousand pressures and with physical violence. Yes, Eddie is correct in reasoning that we Goans are too lethargic, expecting someone else to do what needs to be done, or too cowardly to face up to the challenges of fighting injustice. Outside of Goa we can only wish that more people in Goa, true to themselves, will provide you the support that you may look forward to and welcome. Let truth and the good of Goa always prevail.
