*(Kindly send this message to as many persons in India you know and ask them to send them to others also)* *BJP’s devious witch-hunt on* *Political rivals unearthed* Elvidio Miranda The witch-hunt of political opponents of the BJP has just started as with the linking of the Election Photo Identity Card (EPIC), the Aadhaar Card, the PAN Card, no person in India has any privacy despite the Supreme Court having ruled that the right to Privacy is a fundamental right, protected under the Constitution. The Supreme Court judges in its handling of the Aadhaar linking issue has either acted with naivety or have deliberately played to the tunes of the BJP government at the Centre under duress and coercion, unable to give independent ruling. Surreptitiously the Public Sector Banks (PSBs) were ordered to caution account holders that their bank accounts would be frozen if they did not link their Aadhaar Cards to their accounts. This is like gaining entry into your privacy and then saying that privacy is a fundamental right, an exercise in futility, for which the Supreme Court has to accept the major blame. Never in the history of India has a ruling party acted with such devious intent to jeopardize the sacrosanct interests of its citizens. After this maha-compromise of the EPIC, the Aadhaar and the PAN Card, there is no privacy whatsoever, everything has been compromised and the citizens of India have been subjugated by the government at the Centre. The only way out now is to overthrow the government, which has acted in such an anti-people way, show them the door. Especially those who are supporting an opposition party will become targets of harassment. The Supreme Court could have saved the Indians but much against the trust reposed on the judges of the Apex court, the people have been betrayed. Supreme Court timely intervention could have saved the people of India from the jaws of subjugation. Revenge against the political opponents have just begun and no one is safe anymore. The distribution of free JIO phones by the Ambanis to the citizens of India is another devious design to eavesdrop on the private conversation of those gullible to have fallen prey to this tactic. Indians are cautioned not to link their Aadhaar Cards to their mobile numbers, since it will further exacerbate the compromise of your privacy. Woe be to those who should have protected India instead of compromising their security due to this collusion. Also hacking and cyber attacks by rogue elements could cause mayhem as has already happened due to the Wanna Cry attack that held hostage and disrupted computer services throughout the world. The scenario now is conducive for a major cyber attack on Indian interests. Bravo to those who held out and refused to link their Aadhaar Cards. They have been saved. The proportional collusion of the Prime Minister, the Ministers is in violation of the oath of office and secrecy, guaranteed by the Constitution and the new ministers who have taken oath today are just on the brink of becoming connivers against the interests of Indians. The demonetization exercise, the implementation of the Goods & Services Tax (GST), the cutting of interest rates to an almost all-time low, even post office schemes have not been spared is a mega-manipulation by the BJP government at the Centre to intrude into and defeat the very basis of existence of the Indian citizens especially those daring to defy the BJP government at the Centre. Now, just like your all Mutual Funds came into one single Accounts Statements, all your financial holdings have become an open book and the target to being singled out if you happen to defy the BJP. My sincere advice to all the Indian: Do not follow the law because the law is not meant for securing your interests, rather to compromise it and make life difficult for you. Big companies colluding with the BJP are the only beneficiaries. The very ill-conceived move by the Government to transfer Goa cases before the National Green Tribunal (NGT) from Pune to Delhi will not stand the test of Judicial Scrutiny. Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar on 12th June 2014 had publicly demanded a bench of the NGT in Goa instead of the existing one in Pune. http://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/city/goa/Manohar-Parrikar-seeks-National-Green-Tribunal-bench-in-Goa/articleshow/36406119.cms Now this very devious decision to transfer Goa related cases in the NGT from Pune to Delhi has been done with ulterior motives and being an anti-people move has to be fought against tooth and nail. It is a clear attempt to deny justice to the common man by allowing the State to ignore or even partake in environmental violations. By the very illogical notification issued Goa, Daman and Diu are now clubbed with the North Zone whilst the Western Zone comprises of Gujarat and Maharashtra. Has the Government lost track of Geography? How did the Central Government merely act as a post office to issue such a notification without taking all factors into consideration? Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar’s absurd justification that the Goa Government does not have a legal set up at Pune is ludicrous. Are courts and Tribunals set up for convenience of lawyers or to serve the litigants? We should not forget that the denial of justice would also encompass denial of reach to the doors of the Courts. There is no legal set up of the Goa Government required in Pune as things at NGT Pune have been running so smoothly all these years. Despite the thrust of the Supreme Court being to bring the wheels of Justice closer and more accessible to the public, the Government took this very cavalier decision of burdening the people of Goa to travel all the way to Delhi for seeking justice in NGT related matters. Instead of bringing justice to the doorstep, this is clearly a ploy to keep the Temples of Justice out of reach and possibly to only benefit Atmaram Nadkarni and his huge coterie of Advocates stationed in Delhi. And if the Government were to only strictly enforce the law by not allowing any environmental and CRZ violations there would be no need of anyone going to the NGT.
