Every year, the Government observes dry day on 2nd October in
order to pay homage and respect to the Father of the Nation Mahatma Gandhi.
In this regard, all the Casino licensees should stop the
operation of the Casinos in the State of Goa on 2nd October, 2017 [from
12.00 a.m. midnight to 12.00 a.m. midnight (24 hours)] in order to pay
homage and respect to the Father of the Nation.
