Manohar Parrikar should prove the communal BJP wrong by ensuring that Goa's secular fabric is not disturbed by fanatics within his own party and those in his coalition partners. And it's time Manohar Parrikar gives a free hand and himself vigorously initiates very impartial Anti Corruption Branch (ACB) probes into the mind boggling assets amassed by his very own cabinet colleagues.
