Comment:While on the subject of Uganda , the land from where Idi Amin said goodbye to a lot of Goans,comes different news about refugee resettlement.It appears that Uganda currently hosts the third largest refugee population in the world: 1.0 MM and growing.What is quite striking is how they are dealing with the refugees. Supposedly each refugee is given a plot of agricultural land 50X50 meters and basically they are allowed to carry on just like they did in their own country ( South Sudan) from which they were fleeing.
