Despite last month’s categorical assurance by Town & Country Planning Minister Vijai Sardesai that swift and stringent action would be taken, it is very distressing to see the continued rampant unlawful land filling going on all over the Merces-Chimbel area adjoining Ribandar which is all leading to a catastrophic environmental and health hazard.
