The cases are being dismissed and criminals acquitted because the IOs have deliberately messed up the investigation reports so that the court will throw out the case for lackof evidence and the IOs benefit .GSRP has gone on record in its manifesto to say that IOs shall be held responsible for the dismissal of criminal cases [ i.e. Scarlet Keeling.. etc.] and shall be promptly dismissed from service and even jailed. There is no deterrent in the governments that have ruled Goa since 1961 and it has been free for all. This must stop. We congratulate the author for exposing the top level criminals operating in this unfortunate country where the high flying politicians escape the net of the rule of law because the judges are compromised. Justice Mohit Shah should be lingering in jail if there is any substance to the constitution of this country called INDIA. Shame!
