As clearly mentioned in previous issues , Parrikar is the right man in the wrong party. I agree that he may be one of the most highly educated politicians out there , but this does not necessarily make him the best. Our level of education or the number of degrees we have stashed in our cupboards are hardly the right metrics to measure the decision making abilities of an individual. As for Churchill and Joaquim Alemao , even though they might not be the ideal candidates, but they were certainly better than the opposition and clearly deserved to be elected. The anti BJP sentiments are still very high in the salcette taluka , and i doubt that is ever going to change for a long long time ...!! > ------------------------------ > > Message: 11 > Date: Wed, 06 Jun 2007 02:09:12 -0400 > From: "CARMO DCRUZ" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> > Subject: [Goanet] Decision-Making Competencies of Alemao Brothers & > Mickey Pacheco vs. Parrikar > To: [EMAIL PROTECTED], [EMAIL PROTECTED] > Message-ID: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> > Content-Type: text/plain; format=flowed > > Goa's Choice of possible Chief Ministers: Smugglers Churchill and Joaquim > Alemao or Dorji-Turned Tarvotti Mickey Pacheco.
