You might recall that Goa has had very active Linux/FOSS/OpenSource groups in the past, which have built a lot of skills here, and helped some of our young people to go places. We have all learned from each other skills, and the sharing has taken place in a very helpful environment. We plan to keep it focussed, polite, on-topic and sharing-oriented. You're welcome to join.
